L&J Nails Salon POLICY
Guarantee: Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed with 5 business day grace period. Excluding breakages. Traditional polish service is not guaranteed only extended wear polish brands such as OPI / ESSIE LONG WEAR polish are guaranteed.
Appointments/Walk-in: We gladly accept walk-in and appointments. However walk-in clients are first come first serve base. Phone call appointments are at least 1 hour in advance. To better assist you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Cancellation/No Shows: Due to the timing of each appointment reserved if you are unable to make your appointment or running late, we appreciate a courtesy phone call. When rescheduling/canceling we require a 24-hour notice. No shows are unacceptable, we will not accept future no show appointments.
Refunds: If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given after you leave the salon.
Ten Minute Grace Period: Scheduled appointment will be given 10 minute grace period. We will consider all late appointments as a walk-in. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause other clients to be late for their commitments.
Children Policy: We love children! However, due to safety reasons and the relaxation purposes of our customers, all children who are not being serviced will not be allowed in our spa area. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Group/Parties: Party of 5 or more will require $50 deposit. All parties must arrive on time.
We Reserve the Right to refuse service to:
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further
